im looking at a 94 saturn and it has a crack in the windsheild my parents said it has to be replaced......i was wondering how much it will cost to replace. any advice????

well, if you really want to save some money, you could just get the car (aslong as its not from a dealer or anything) and drive it for about a month, then tell insurance it just happened and get them to pay for it...not sure how legal it is, but it works. or you can just drill it at the ends of the crack and put clear tape over it.

check out www.safelite.com for an accurate quote. i used a 1994 sl1, and my zip code, and the windshield replacement quote was $797.00 regular price, but with the discount listed, dropped that price to $265.00

our shop in Atlanta would charge around $250.00 for aftermarket glass, and around $325.00 for factory glass. that price includes installation at your location
