clothes? you can get some nice but economical ones. BUT Shoes? tons too but i wont really suggest that. But if you insist then i want you to keep this in mind: dont complain that the shoes are killing your feet because you have to be aware that cheap affects its quality in terms of materials and make.
It is easy to pull it off even if u are wearing economically priced wardrobe because it is a matter of how you carry yourself with it but i dont think it is as easy with shoes when you are cringing while walking on them.

For shoes all i have to say is PAYLESS SHOES they are pretty afordable and they have a sale! I was there a while ago and i kno they have a website. But unfortunatly for clothingi dont know any cheap stores sorry.
