Questions, shows that they'r inquisitive and their curiosity.
Answers, they're perspective on such matters.

Answers - because they are responding to another person's fomulated question. You can tell who really reads and considers the questions carefully vs. those who are just messing around. Asking a question is more self-focused. Answering indicates more socialization.

both ....with questions u know what they have in mind what they want to know... with answers u can tell there personality abusive, possessive,loving... caring etc etc

Their questions because it takes more of your imangination. Answering questions can be based only on facts, but you can ask any kind of question you want.
