To become a dermatologist (note the spelling) you should go to the best university you can get into. Study biology or chemistry -- and make sure you get top grades. Then apply to medical school. US News ranks medical schools on their site -- but Harvard, Stanford, Johns Hopkins and Duke are near the top. After graduating from medical school, you spend at least three years doing an internship and residency in dermatology -- and then you are a dermatologist. It pays well and does not have the kind of crazy hours that other medical specialties have.

If you want to be a psychologist, you have a few routes. I assume you are thinking about being a clinjical psychologist. One route is to major in psychology then get a master's degree in psychiatric social work or councilling. This should take about six years of college in total. Then you would work under the direction of a psychotherapist. The other alternative is to become a psychotherapist. You can do this by getting an MD and then do an internship and residency in psychiatry. This would take about 11 years (including your undergraduate work). You could also become a psychotherapist by getting a PhD in psychology and then getting additional training. This would take about the same amount of time.

Psychology:
You will need to get your Bachelor's degree (either BS or BA). You should definately be able to complete this in four years. It's possible to do it in three if you work hard enough. Then you will be a psychologist. However, it will be very difficult to get a job with just this. Many people go on to med school to be a psychiatrist (they can prescribe drugs), or go to graduate school and get their masters in their desired field. I you go the Masters route, you could then also get your phD. This is useful if you want to be a professor.

Dermatologist:
First you will need your bachelors. Most peope will probably get a BS in biology or somethig like that. Then go to med school and study dermatology.
