I bought Battlefield 2 and the game won't load. The installaton went perfectly but the game won't play. The screen goes black and it comes back to the desktop. My game plays on E: Drive and I want to substitute my drive to D: Drive. Please help.

in xp go to control panel, admin tools, & computer management. Once there click on Disk Management, then you can click on the graphs of the drive and select change drive letter & paths.

Uninstall the game, and reinstall it with the CD drive in the D drive. The only other way to switch it once installed would be edit every reference to it in the registry. (Good luck finding them all).

be careful. reassigning may trash all the other program references. (been there). Uninstall and reinstall and specify D: for installation.
