can everyone be good at dancing? i want to learn
i ask because im a really good golfer and i been apart of golf for my whole life(24) and i learned that anyone can play golf but not everyone can be good at golf. some people just understand it alot more, and some people are just naturally talented. i have a combo of some understanding, some talent, and alot of hard work.
i want to learn how to dance. im a tad embarassed so i've been watching youtube stuff and just practicing in my room but its hard!
so again can anyone dance good with hard work? or is it a some people just understand it and have more natural talent type of thing?

Well depends? Do u want to be a pro at it and dance for people in recitals and competions or just b able to dance at parties. What is ur liking in music? Hip-hop, Jazz....? Find what u like. Are u flexable? thats important. take some classes. Dont b embaressed. it might be a lil overwhelming at first if u take classes but keep at it. To answer ur question, anyone can dance with hard work. But not everybody can love it. And when someone loves dancing they are great!
If u have any questions email me.

a lot of it is rhythm, I have worked with some new students that absolutely can not move to the beat of the music. try taking some classes at the park dist or dance studio. Avoid going into a contract but get some introductory lessons to get started. If you feel that it is working for you then jump in a little more. good luck, you will love dancing.

Last week I went to a studio (ballroom) party at a place I hadn't been before. I must have had a dozen ladies tell me what an exceptional dancer I am. In reality, my dancing is like breaking 90 in golf, especially since I hadn't danced in the past couple of years.

Yes,timing and rythym help, but if you're any good at all,you hav e to become better with practice.Everyone's not cut out to be a dancer though, rythym or not, because of the dedication and discipline involved(to say nothing of the torn ligaments, etc!)But,if this something that get you in the groove,go for it!

don't be embarassed. it's a lot of fun... you'll probably feel awkward at first but you'll get the hang of it all. anybody can be good at dancing with hard work... that's a given. some people just have a talent.. but even if you don't have as much talent as somebody else u can become just as good with a lot of hard work. i wish u lots of luck!

Just go for it dive in head first, take some classes. I love to dance sometimes I dance around my house in my pj's before I know it it's 3:00 in the afternoon.
One piece of advice an old girlfriend once told me, bless her heart. Let loose and remember that no one is gona worry about your dancing because they are all far to focused on not looking like idiots themselves. everybody can dance.

It's both. A lot of people have a natural talent with dancing, but you can also get extremely good with hard work. But there's one bad thing... if you've got no rhythm then you can't dance. You just can't. Period.

Anyone who can walk is capable of learning how to dance. If you have experience with other sports you have a natural advantage because you are already aware of your muscles.

All it takes is a passion to get started, and once that is underway, you need to practice, be persistant and soon the precision will develop along the way. good luck!
