I hosted a frat party which got out of hand and several people were inseminated (three women by 11 guys, I'm not sure who got what from whom, but it started out as consenual). Some people are making unpleasant noises about torts and law suits and I was wondering if I am in the clear.

There are some things I would like to know
1 was the party at a private property?
2 was it your place?
3 were the guys invited by you?
If all answers are no, then I dont think you could be sued

Some years ago my daughter was of age and wanted to have a party with beer. We planed the party together with me, her and her Dad. Her Dad and I were both home that evening and it began fine. At around midnight we, her Father and I, completely lost control of the party. I went upstairs and there was broken glass in the bathroom, downstairs, my Husband was having problems with a bunch that had shown up and they were drunk. We called the police to clear out our own house. It was horrible, so I really sympathize. I know how easy it is for a party to get out of control and you can't do anything about it. I would call an attorney if I were you, just so you have someone to call if the police come.

I doubt you can be held responsible for consensual sex. It does not sound like it was a nice party -- 3 women by 11 guys!
Gross.
