lets face it - i'm flat. i'm 32a and i HATE it.
i'm only 14 however, but i'm getting impatient in waiting for something that probably not going to come..
is there any way to actually gain breast tissue without putting on excessive weight.. and just gain a cup size?

there's nothing you can do. Just wait. You virtually have 10 more years of growing. There's a pretty good chance you could gain a cup size or two within that time.
As a side note, feel happy your a little flat. I had want you now want, plus more, when I was your age and it made my life a living hell. I went through the worst sexual harassment about them, plus they made me look big, as in fat, no matter how skinny I was, plus they cause my back and neck so much pain.

I don't think you can gain breast tissue. You can do push ups or various chest exercises to perk up your chest muscles but that's about it. You are so young and your body has alot of growing to do still so just give it time. You could go buy some padded bras to maybe help you feel more secure but trust me the day will come when you will have larger breast and it won't be everything you thought it would be.

I know this isn't the answer you want, but just wait. I, too, was very flat...and way past your age. I used to be 32 almost A. When I was 21 or 22 is when I started to get a little something more. It wasn't until I started to have babies (I became pregnant with our first child when I was 25) that I REALLY started to grow a chest. My grandma said the same was true for her, too. I am now 32 years old and wear a 36C!!! What a difference! And all I had to do was wait and let nature take its course. Please be patient. They will be here before you know it. :)

I'm 23 and a 34B. You'll get used to. Besides you're young, it will happen. Although I have heard that if you can strengthen your chest muscles (not your breasts) that it will make your boobs look bigger.

Be Patient they will grow,and when you get to my age you will be asking how to get rid of huge boobs that are good for nothing.
