It really can be annoying, especially if you're in a hurry, however I think that Roadkill's suggesting might be just a tad harsh. And you have to keep in mind that there could be a good reason. I mean, if you've ever been to the movies, you must be aware of the myriad of completely plausible reasons there could be for this sort of thing. They're probably already nervous enough, so try to be kind, Yahoo Ghost, and don't do anything to spook them.

A car is complex so there are numerous possibilities. Tires, loose front end etc. But no one has mentioned what it turned out to be on my truck after many expensive and useless trips to several repair shops. The brakes were the problem. The calipers didn't move away from the rotors enough and the rotors needed to be turned - machined smooth. At higher speeds that was enough to set up the vibration. Try tapping the brakes lightly and see if it gets instantly better or worse. If it does, ask for a brake inspection. I haven't (yet) had alignment do any more than cause excessive and uneven tire wear.

The law does not say you have to go 65 mph. That's just the limit, however most people are going 75. You must be one of them. Driving at 55 mph. saves you gas and if anyone wants to go faster, all they have to do is pass you by. It's not illegal to go slower than the top speed limit. I'd say to all speeders, slow your butts down and obey the law.

OK I've given this careful thought. If they are driving in the right lane they can slide. If they are driving in the passing lane, they should be pulled over, stripped down and given 90 lashes with a cat-o-nine tails. Their car should be pushed into the median and burned as a warning to others.

If they are in the right lane, pass them. If they are in the passing lane, run them off the road.
