On a standardized test form, you can also answer with a C, D, or an E.

You included "True or false" twice in your "question", but that doesn't make it count. What you're asking is if you can say true or false to one true or false question. One question is basing itself on another statement which represents the question. Which doesn't make the 2nd part a question.

Plus, how is it possible for there to be two ways if there are two answers? The 2nd part doesn't ask anything, like I said it's just a statement.
