Would you partake then?
Don't get me wrong, I am not an advocate of legalising Marijuana at this time as there is no definative driving test to determine how recently someone has used, but I was just curious.
If you don't partake now, would you if it were legal?
Why and why not?

For the people saying they would never take drugs do you also not use alcohol? Studies show it tis much more dangerous. There;s not a single person in the world who died from Marijuana use. Can't say the same thing about booze< What makes M different?

No I wouldn't. Survival of the fittest, only the weak smoke Marijuana. I rarely drink alcohol and when I do it is never to the point of getting drunk

I would not partake in it even if the rest of my family was doing it (which I know they definitely wouldn't do it, but you get my reasoning). I am never EVER going to take drugs. I already had a bad experience with that "LAUGHING GAS" stuff when I had oral surgery, it scared everything out of me and everyone looked like a robot and i hallucinated, and i felt like nothing was real even after it wore off. I mean, i decided not to do drugs before I had that surgery, but that experience set it in stone. I don't need drugs to make me feel good. I have friends and music for that.

I wouldn't start using but it sure would put my mind at ease about my friends and family who are! I say, make it legal!
It'll never happen, though. It's like federal income tax. There's too much of an economic structure built around the problem to ever make it right.

I would think I probably would not. I do not smoke cigarettes
never have, even when friends of mine would smoke marijuana in school, I could not get past the smell. Why choose a drug that makes you eat to gain weight and makes you sleep alot. I do not think it would be my drug of choice legal or not.

I do partake occasionally now and would partake even more if it were legal, however the legalization undoubtedly would come with taxation! I live in Kentucky, tobacco is our#1 cash crop, however if weed were legal, it would be our #1 cash crop and Kentucky would be one of the richest states in the union!

I would not partake.....anything inhaled into your lungs that burns is bad for your health......i'm of West Indian descent and i'm tired of people saying "it's herbs so it's good for you"
bull crap.....used in the correct way in moderation years ago....like in food, teas, as a herbal rub, etc......that made sense
but just plain old smoking to get high....i don't think so....and i don't want the black cancerous lungs thank you.

Im all for it being legalized!
But i wouldnt partake, it doesn't interest me like cigarettes dont interest me.

If it had some sort of health benefit...maybe occasionally.
But if it became legal..we would have a lot of happy people.

Occasionally maybe. Not regularly though, I had a friend who was a complete pothead...paranoid city!!!!
