hahahahaha you're joking right? there is NO such thing EVER in this entire WORLD as a bank that lends money that you never have to pay back!!!! Wouldn't that just kind of defeat their BUSINESS? Banks will lend you money but they also charge REALLY nice interest rates.....I think what you MIGHT be thinking of is GRANT MONEY and for that, you have to look on the internet for government grants... there are TONS of places but it's a long drawn out application process, and not every one gets accepted. and most times, they are just for charitable organizations or people with certain disabilities and such...

bor·row
–verb (used with object) 1. to take or obtain with the promise to return the same or an equivalent:

Your question is flawwed. What you want is not to borrow, but you want a form for a money grant.

That is called the M&D Bank, or I like to call it Mom and Dad.
And the older you get the harder it is to qualify for a grant.

That would be the "only in your dreams" form which you can draw up on a piece of paper.

I believe you are referring to something other than a bank application. For instance, application for a government grant.

Yeah, right! No such animal. Banks are in business to make money, not give it away.
