if you're in high school, join your speech team and theatre troup. in speech, if you're a good enough actor, you can go to national wide tournaments and get scouted
in theatre, if you become a thespian, you can qualify for state and national thespian festivals... and possibly get scouted.

Move to Los Angeles and get an agent or manager if you are old enough.
