how do you make them not saggy anymore and really up high?

i never wore a bra when my boobs were first growing cause i thought that they were exremley uncomfortable which i regret now cause my boobs sag, cause they werent in a bra while they were growing so they grew down not like out, if you know what i mean. haha, yeah pretty gross. considering im only 13.
and push-up bras dont help. they dont even give me more clevage and im a C cup. and dont say they sag cause my boobs are big, i know thats not the problem.

also, i just bought this bust firming cream. i was wondering if it would help with the problem?

1st Suggestion - You might try a different style of bra. Most "pretty" or "underwire" bras don't have the support for heavy breasts. I have gone from a B cup to a D cup in the last 10 years and ride horses. All that bouncing can teach you alot about bras. Try a Playtex 18 hour bra that is pretty snug around your toso but still has room to go looser or tigher. They have comfy gell shoulder straps so you can wear it a little snug and be comfortable. These are not pretty bras but will give you a nice shape and support. I find my boobs retain some shape after wearing one all day. Just wear pretty bras when someone might see the bra or if you are wearing something sheer.

2nd suggestion - Go to a bra shop and ask someone to help fit you. Tell them what shape you are looking for and wear a low cut top to the fitting.

The only thing you could do is to get a breast lift. And the surgeon won't operate on you at age 13, you'd have to wait at least five years.

All other options are either temporary or you must keep up with it for it to work.

Get sized at a professional store like JCPenney, Sears, or Nordstroms. Then find some good supportive bras.

your breast tissue does not repair it's self like other body tissues, but considering your age you still have plenty of time to correct the problem, always wear a good supporting bra, depending on the firming cream it can cause growth by increasing your hormones, as you continue to grow your breast will fill in and be more firm but the key is support and prevention!

the cream might help. basically all you can do is tone the muscles that are underneath your boobs, your pecs. your breasts are only fatty tissue but if the muscles around it are toned up then they will lift a little bit.

try pushups (modified or against the wall if you're just starting out and you're kind of weak), chest presses, and reclining rows with free weights--there are other millions of exercises for pecs, do some browsing!

They grow in many shapes. Losing weight can cause more droop also, as the fatty tissue thins out. If you can, gain a little weight and they may "re-fill".
