AIM Invisible?

How do I become invisible (no one can see you but you can and you remain still being online)? I have AIM 6.0 and I have tried closing the little "eye" next to my screen name and it didn't work because I asked all of my friends if they could still see me online.

When you become invisible you will still be visible to all the contacts in your list, just not anyone else that might have you in there list that is not on yours.
