Around midnight...I'm a night owl. Mornings kill me.

The afternoon. From about 2 til 5. Some people are drooping off in the late afternoon, eager to get out of the office or to dinner. I had my droppy stages earlier in the day, and am ripping right along in that period. Its a wonderful feeling.

Morning. Sleep has a refreshing quality that improves the quality of cognition.

It would be understandable though that some might consider anxiety and fear to be a "alert" mind.

all day, I suffer from the disease ADHD so I'm hypertensive. I have troubles concentrating and can't focus for long periods of time. I blow glass as an artist and can grow almost any living thing. I'm a horticulture major but I'm poor and can't seem to just go to school.

For me it's 5:30 am on a weekday. On the weekends, I'm mostly brain dead the entire two days!

Sunset...
the chaos of the day has passed, day and night are in balance, and this perspective gives me newfound energy and clarity. Unlike the caffeine-driven energy and hustle/bustle of the daytime, I'm more focused and cool-headed at sunset.

Once I get in my car for the drive to work. That's when I plan everthing that will get done during and after work. Its also the little bit of time I have to myself to reflect alone.

For me, it is early in the morning. I always wake up on my own very early and spend the time before others are awake getting things done.
