i have a 2wire wireless router and i was wondering what network type i had

The most common are the "b" and "g" routers. Usually if you look on the router itself it will say which it is on it. Or look up the model number on the Internet.

Probably b/g that depends on your wireless card and your router, N band is recently new so if you had purchase your computer in the last month is probably B/G/N. In th end the most common band are B/G

Most likely G, which is also compatable with B. If you search for the exact model of your modem/router you will find out for sure.....

Most likely is is a 802.11b/g router that supports both the b and g protocols. If it is very new it may be an 802.11b/g/n.
