By length, it's Interstate 90 - Boston to Seattle checks in at something like 3,100 miles. (The last stop light was in Idaho, by the way -- came out several years ago.)

Not sure about width -- there probably are some 12-lane roads in the NYC or Los Angeles area. The Garden State Parkway is mighty big in spots.
