how big of a tank do you need for 2 small angel fish

about 12 gallons. (they grow 6" and 2 will equal 12" which is 1" per gallon) but don't get only 2 angels they are from family cichlidae( their cichlids ) and if their are only 2 the weaker one will take all the harassment from the Superior one. so your best bet is to get either 1 or 3 or more.

I suggest using at least a 15-20 gallon tank, remember that they may be small now, but will soon grow up to adult in a few months, and will soon need bigger space as they grow. Always consider the full grown size of the fish when buying a fish or tank for the fish, this way you will avoid having to replace your tank later.

I would have nothing under 30 gallons mainly because tanks smaller than this are not deep enough, these fish may grow to about 4-6 inches however there fins will extend if allowed to 10 inch's in depth and theres nothing so unattractive that Angel fish with stumpy fins due to lack of depth you really need to get an aquarium thats at least 24" deep.

i would say 20 gallon tank for 4 angel fish, because i have 100 gallon tank and i put 20 angel fish in it and they even have babies=) good luck with your angel fishes they are very beautiful fishes

10-15G for 2 but it would be better with three so i you can get 3 and a 20g tank

a 10 gallon is fine for now but they get really big if they live a while
