Verbally. Physical expressions of feelings should be between a man and a woman who wear each other's rings. IMHO

Both!! I always hug my Son! And he will never grow out of being hugged. (he's25) But I also show expression, verbally. When I get the messages out to young Ladies. To be careful after I'm gone. There are too many weirdo's out here. And they need to be careful!!

Thats a really tough Q, but I'd have to say verbally. Although, I think it depends on the situation. sometimes it is really hard to put your feelings together to make words. And other times the only thing you feel like you can or want to do is punch something(lol)!

I wouldn't say 'better' to either one. I tend to voice (clearing throat) my frustrations and it gets me in trouble. I do not physically fight but I do run to help with frustrations...In my next house maybe I will have a padded room to go nuts in..:)
