Well presented educated people with Interesting personalities ans unique Ideas.....and of coarse the kindness they bring with It,but If you cant do any of the aboves,well,If I can give you my heels and you show me some good flamenco or any art form,that captures respect as well

A decent honest person who is a good friend and doesn't talk behind their friends backs. Someone who is kind and follows thru with what they say they are going to do. A person who is real and straight up. Also someone who is smart, but doesn't hold themselves above others. A good sense of humor is important too.

cool life experiences. i know a teacher who once got locked up for not agreeing to go fight in the Vietnam War. THAT is cool.
intelligence and awareness of the world earn my respect too.
