I live in az and i'm not sure which jets to install

What modifications have you done?
If the quad is stock, then stock jetting is perfect unless you're riding at elevations above 4,000'.
If you've done mods that require rejetting, then the company you purchased the performance parts from should include jetting instructions with the parts. If they didn't you'll need to call and check.
The YFZ has a pumper carb, which usually doesn't require much but a main jet change with even really radical engine mods - they are also a very finicky carb to work on, and easy to mess up if you don't know what you're doing.

Excuse me if I am mistaken but I think a 06' yzf is fuel injected and would not need to be re jet, look into getting a power commander.
