if someone works outside all day is it normal to get massive exploding headaches? if yes what can prevent them

yes because anywhere else you go they do not answer only here and religion you get great responses

I suffer from migraines as well, and yes, heat can definitely effect you, and bring them on.
Drink plenty of water or Gatorade, and try to hose off your head from time to time, if possible.
That should help.

I get them too in the humidity.
The only thing I have found that works is to take some Advil as soon as I start to feel it and drink LOTS of water all day.
Sometimes I will still get a headache , but it is more bearable.

it's NOT normal u r better check with ur DR asap as any healthy person can take the heat by sweating n drinking lots of water.

but to prevent this, drink lotsa water :]
