I want something where you type a home address and it gives you the ip address for that place.

Go to whatismyipaddress.com Tells you right there and gives you a map to verify that the ip address assigned to you is accurate. Not sure if you can see what someone else's address is in a location other than where you are.

no, you will not beable to ever find the home address of the IP address that is being used. The best you will beable to do is get the address of the service provider that owns the IP address....

Unfortunately, it doesn't work that way. It's an odd request, but why do you just ask the person?
