do other people like old movies?

I like some of the older movies that you like, but I also go further back than that. Try watching the older B&W movies from Hollywood's golden age and you can understand more about movie making.

I love all those movie to. Also: ghost busters, rocky, days of thunder, roadhouse, short circuit, batteries not included. All the movies of the 80's. Also like uncle buck, gremlins, national lampoons family vacation, the jerk. All the movies of the late 70's- late 80's. But those aren't old movies, just classics. The wizard of oz and Casablanca are old movies.

There are a few good adventures being made now, full of expensive special effects, pretty bad actors and gross graphics. You're right the older films had better actors, interesting situations and characters who interacted with other people. That's why I prefer them.

One of my very favorite movies of all time is 1978's Halloween. The classic of horror movies that started the 80's fright fest. I love older movies better than any new ones out there.

i dont consider them "old". i think old is gone with the wind and breakfast at tiffanys, etc. but the ones you listed are good.
