Maybe at Wal-Mart: good luck with Oreck, all these numbers lead you to a distributor not the manufacturer. I've called there numbers 'till I'm blue to no avail. They all lead to a distributor not the manufacturer and, they can't help.

I want to turn my Oreck back in, it's one of the worst vacuums I've ever owned, it's noisy, it smells rubber when running although I've changed belts and have gone over the entire machine, it's built cheap, all the electrical fixtures in the machine are open for electrical shock.
It's built cheap for the money ($400.00) the Hoover I bought at Wal-Mart for $98.00 is a much better machine.

I got mine from Pennys and they refuse to take it back, I didn't even get everything I was suppose to from the company and, Pennys wan't help.

Check your local yellow pages for vacuum dealers/repair/parts. We have a shop here that has repair and or parts for all brands.
