how can i tell if my house has some kind of paranomal activity or am i just paranoide?

i have a lot of unexplained things going on please help me figure this out ... if you are serious about this email me and i will be glade to fill in the details

Perhaps call in a group like TAPS (shown on the Sci-Fi series "Ghost Hunters"). They're a real group that goes in and looks at the house, take EVP (electronic voice print) readings, video, and such. They also try to come up with more logical explanations for it. They try to see if drafts would be responsible. Also, from recent episodes I've found that there are things that give off something like a high magnetic (?) that can create some feelings of paranoia, like you're being watched.

I have known people that have seen shadows, or heard strange noises during the night, but about two weeks ago, I was alone,at 1:00 A.M. and I heard a noise outside my Kitchen window, so, I opened the door I distinctly heard a Man's voice saying be careful, so what I did was close the door abruptly, because I was scared. The strangest thing of it is that my Dog, was just lying there asleep and he usually barks at everything he hears, so, that made me be scared, of what I heard, because I instinctly, realized that the voice was not of someone that was Human. Do I want to know more about this, I do not think so.

if you get the feeling that you are being watched when you are not even thinking about someone watching you than that means you could have a ghost in your house

will you could tell if it has paranormal activity when you and another person see the same thing at the same time.
if the house is old and all you hear is sounds that don't sound someone talking or something than your house is just old and is falling apart and just makes strange sounds.

but if you hear paranormal sounds of something and another person hears it too than it is not the sounds of the house ageing.

Contact the local paranormal college students, they can set equipment up and do testing. Call a priest. Try burning sage and casting out the negitive

Most likely you have something happening, but in all honestly they won't harm you. I know this sounds strange but ask, and talk to them. See what happens.

Also you can do a blessing, burn sage and visually flood all the rooms with light.
