Pop/Jazz is good like Swing out Sisters, Julia Fordham etc.... Soul & Blues like Anita Baker and New Age & Instrumentals are the best music to relax your mind, try Jim Chapell, his music is simple and deep ;-) or try browsing at Launchcast for more.

i've got faith the same way! at present's song seem to get fairly previous fairly rapid. I say circulate returned slightly to the '60s and '70s, you will get lots of fairly great songs that at the instant are not performed repeatedly on each and every radio station. Led Zeppelin, The Who, The Rolling Stones, Jimi Hendrix, The wager Who, Steppenwolf, and The doorways are great places to start, maximum of those bands the two are organic rock or have a great blend of rock and u . s ./human beings. i've got been listening to this style of song for roughly 4 years now and that i'm completely hooked (i'm at present 17, so i'm nowhere close to the technology of this era)

Do you like old r&b? Salt n Peppa have some good songs.
What about musicals? Here's my favorites: Any song from "Kiss me, kate"; Down with love; Gee officer Krupke from "West Side Story"
Here's some pop rock or emo or whatever you want to call them: Cute is what we aim for- "There's a class for this"
"Vulnerable" by Secondhand serenade, "I write sins not tragedies" by Panic at the disco

Rascal Flatts. Not too, too country- they're good for people who like pop music, because they aren't really twangy or traditional, but they still have a great country style. I used to not like them because they were pop country, but I pushed that aside and fell in love with a lot of their songs!

Try listening to a different style of music.
For instance, if you normally listen to rock or "top 40" try listening to country, oldies, rap, or just something different. After awhile, you'll enjoy your old music again.
