I want to study fashion design, but I think a degree in Business Administration would give me more options. Would I still be able to enter the fashion world if I get a degree in Business Administration?

Absolutely, especially with a Marketing degree if you take retailing classes.

And if you do your business degree at a comprehensive university, then you'll have the opportunity to take some art or design courses too. AND if that university is in a major metropolitan center like NY or LA then you are going to be able to sniff around the industry a little too perhaps.
