Peanut butter gets tree sap off anything! Put a dab on the sappy spots, rub it in a little, and then scratch it out with your fingernail. When you're done, wash the jeans regularly.

Hopefully you have not dried them. The old sap on the *** story huh? Well, you have a brand new pair of work pants. Sorry, but sap is impervious to anything-I mean sap buckets look like they sat on sap. Sorry bud, and I can clean anything.

I would try lighter fluid. It's good at cleaning gum and that gummy residue that you get from stickers. Try that. It's an old remedy from when every one had lighters that used it. I watched my family clean stuff off that others said could not be done. It can't hurt, and it just might work. In fact I'm as sure as I can be that lighter fluid will take it off like a breeze. Let me know. ok? okay!

DeSolvit or GooGone or OrangeSolv will take it right out. You'll have to wash a couple of times to get the orange smell out afterwards.
