Sorry, but C is the acid salt. Per the reference, an acid salt is a salt that is formed when a dibasic or tribasic acid has been neutralized to some degree, but not completely. Sodium sulfate is the result when sulfuric acid is COMPLETELY neutralized, but NaHS is the salt produced when hydrogen sulfide has only been PARTIALLY neutralized.

None of the above. A and E are strong acids, but not salts. D is slightly acidic, but not a salt. B and C are basic salts. The source from which you got this question made an error.

C) sodium hydrogen sulfide (NaHS) is actually your 'acid salt'.

A is sulfuric acid - not a salt.
D and E don't have any salt in them.
C's charges don't balance out.
