Dominique is a lovely name as is Anne also. However I don't think the two flow well together.
Since Dominique is french female version of Dominic I think I would try and stay with a french version of another name such as
Michelle
Laureen
Elizabet
Lorraine
Suzanne
Suzette
Theresa

The name Dominique is very cute. It has a sassy and sweet way telling about the person. Dominique Anne is to sweet. It sounds like the person is a sissy.

Dominique sounds good.
Personally, I don't really like names that are two names stuck together.
