I assume that you are in Australia. You should be able to get back copies of the major Melborne newspapers at a library (perhaps online) which would carry daily weather info. You might check with the "Weather Service" or whatever it is called there to see if they have such info in tabulated form.

This information is available from the Bureau of Meteorology. Follow the "Daily Observations" link from this page and you should be able to find all the data you need.
