I have a lot.. but here are my top 3.
3.Live Life on Fun
2.Either Im weird , or your not normal.
1.Dont watch the dog eat the cat's food.
These mean to me:

This means, dont waste your time feeling down and being all stressed out when you can have fun! You only have 1 life, make it the best.
2.Either Im weird , or you're not normal:
Everyone's different so why not treat them the same. Be nice to people, because deep down they're just like you.
1.Dont watch the dog eat the cats food:
Dont let and watch someone do something wrong when you can correct and help them make the right choice. If you were about to do something wrong, you would probably would like them to help you even though it might feel weird!

Even though I live by this motto; I realize it's not very accurate. I try to be a good person and get crapped on.

I have a couple - I have to remind myself a lot sometimes :)
Life is short
It could always be worse - I use that one the most after we got hit by a red-light runner who totaled our Jeep - I felt like crap, my back never stopped hurting, I had no car, I owed money on the Jeep after the payout, but we had no broken bones, I wasn't at fault, the driver behind us didn't get hurt, etc.
Make it count - I know I just saw Titanic again recently :)
No fate but what we make - another movie one, Terminator 2, it's true, you make your own destiny with every choice you make, good or bad.

My lady be discrete I must get to my feet and go back to the farm, Whilst I appreciate you are no deviate I might come to some harm. I'm not inclined to acts refined if that's how it goes. Oh hi born hunting girl I'm just a low born so and so.
