They deficate thru the cloaca, an opening in the last third of their bodies right where the tail starts. Snakes defecation usually consists of white and yellow urates and some brown which is fecal matter. Sometimes there might be hair, especially in young snakes transitioning to larger prey items that have hair. Most cornsnakes will deficate within a week of eating. Younger snakes deficate more often and with greater frequency. My pythons have slower metabolisms and will deficate anywhere from 3-8 weeks after eating.

Well, a corn snake generally should go to the bathroom as often as it eats. I don't know what kind of snake you are talking about so I will use the corn snake.

It will be very small, and if he has bedding in his cage

Corns love to crawl around and dig under stuff, and a lot of times this is when they poop.

If he is constipated, a warm bath sometimes helps to loosen the digestion tract.

2 weeks normally wouldnt be a long enough time to be seriously concerned, but since it is a hatchling you might want to seek professional advice.

My son had snakes growing up. They go the same as anything else they have a B hole and a P hole. You can also tell if they are boys or girls, but you have to wait until there a certain age. And they shed it seemed a lot. The more you feed them they grow faster so they seem to shed more.
