Since Veronica Mars is cancelled, and Heroes and Ugly Betty are on hiatus, does anyone have any good shows that they want to recommend?
I'm into Gilmore Girl/Gossip Girl type shows, and maybe intelligent ones if their extremely good.

Right now there aren't many shows running new episodes. However, the show Burn Notice on USA is very good. Its on Thurs @ 10. Also Rescue Me on FX is good but may not be your type of show. This fall try Smallville on CW. You like Heroes you might like that (thurs @ 8). Also the show replacing Veronica sounds good. Its about a grim reaper and its written by Kevin Smith (Silent Bob of Jay and Silent Bob).

"Jericho" is coming back rather shortly in repeats. If you didn't check it out the first time it was on, now's your chance. It's about the residents of a small town named Jericho, Kansas and the show revolves about the uncertainty/ensuing chaos after they see a mushroom cloud (nuclear explosion) rising over Denver, Colorado. I know that this sounds kinda like a sci-fi series but trust me there is more realism, drama and human emotion in this one show than I have seen in a long time.

There's a new show on lifetime called "Army Wives" and it is extremely dramatic and a great show, to boot. At least the first 4 episodes have been as good as any drama you would see on ABC, NBC or CBS. Check it out.

24 - it is the best show on TV, you will have to rent the DVD's, start with season 1, and keep watching. It won't take long before you are addicted to JACK!!!!!
