The Ross Reports is a booklet that lists names/addresses and telephone numbers of New York City Talent Agencies and Casting Directors.

If you are in NY/LA you can buy Ross Reports at most large newstands in NYC and/or Los Angeles. It is mainly for NYC/LA actors. The cost is $10.00

If you do not live in NYC or L.A., it won't help you.
It is NOT up to you determine the type of agent you want. YOU ARE NOT THE PROFESIONAL.

Only the agent can determine if you
(1) are ready for an agent,
(2) Have talent to warrant getting an agent,
(3) Have the motivation/drive to be an actor.
(4) Actors do NOT make decisions about their career, that is the purpose of Agents and Managers.

Where you are currently, you are NOT ready for an agent. Study for 2 or 3 more years to further develop your acting skills.

Do community theatre, then go to college for acting. You don't seem to know much about this right now, so it would be best if you learned more yourself. And you can find the Ross Reports at a book store for around ten dollars.
