I used to get those so bad when I was younger. I hated crying so I learned to hold it back just b/c of headaches.

yes when i get panic attacks i cry really hard and when the panic attack goes away i have a massive headache. the pain never stops....ughhh

Unfortunately yes...what's even more "pleasant" is cry so hard until you get a headache and then puke to top it all off...

Yup! My Grammy died, (my best friend), one month before my daughter was born, and it crushed me. Super glad my beautiful daughter turned out OK, with all that stress!
