Players aren't as conservative about wickets as you can afford to lose a wicket every 2 overs as opposed to every 5 overs in a regular 1 dayer. There are fielding restrictions and the bowlers are only allowed 4 overs so if one bowler is giving you trouble you can still cash in on the others but also the bowlers usually try death bowing all the time (pitching it up into the blockhole) so if they aren't exactly right they pay the penalty.
as for the first team winning all the time I find it is evenly split. If the first team goes for it and lose too many wicket and get a sub par score then the second team chase it easily. It is usually decided after the first innings though. If the first team get a good score then they usually win, if they don't then they usually lose.

Since there are only 20 overs to be played each side, batsmen can afford to go for big hits right from the worrd go as compared to ODI,where batsmen try lay a solid foundation wihtout loosing many wickets during the 30 overs or so before going for slogging.

Because they have smaller grounds, instead of 6 runs they have 10 runs, and since a team has only 20 overs to play, all the batsmen go on rampage. And that is what makes a big score.

Cos that is what it's designed for. Just to smash the balls and get a high total in only 20 overs. but what i notice is that the first team usually wins cos it's easy to lose wickets chasing a score

Very simple. Only 20 overs they have to play and they have 10 wickets. Then they try to score many runs as possible.

Twenty20, on the same time as being exciting, would not oftentimes contain real cricketing skill. because of the fact of this they are stated as try suits - they are the suitable try for a participant. I settle for that some suits are boring. yet take for occasion Edgbaston 2005. How became that boring. Headingley eighty one: boring? i think of no longer. Donald V Atherton, Flintoff V Kallis. Viv Richards as quickly as hit a try century in in simple terms fifty six balls. have been any of those boring? (you probable do no longer know, on account which you do in comparison to assessments) in actuality, Brian Lara took in simple terms 427 balls to make his 501 firstclass international record. this is a strike value no longer too disimilar to those seen in Twenty20. Empty stadiums? there have been as many as ten thousand traveling England followers to Barbados final week. And via the tip of Sarwan's 291, there have been in simple terms as many locals. besides, whether stadiums have been empty, what is going on on the pitch is maximum serious. specific there is each so often flat wickets, yet then you definately've flat wickets for Twenty20 suits. i like Twenty20, in spite of the undeniable fact that it is going to in no way adventure assessments in my opinion. there is little skill in teeing off, in simple terms capability and a splash success. I happen to rejoice with real skill with the two bat and ball. Spin bowling is a complicated paintings to grasp, yet especially much has no place in Twenty20. in case you do no longer agree this is high quality, yet do no longer call for an end to a minimum of something, in simple terms on account which you do no longer like it.

Less number of overs to play.. means only around 12 balls per batter per innings..
why wonder batsman want to hit everything out of the ground. They know their teams have very little chance of not playing full quota of overs!!
