Your question shows a lot of intelligence and insight.

Philosophers have argued that question for thousands of years, so no one on here will give you a definitive answer, especially not the ones who say you'll go to hell if you don't believe the way they do. I believe that our "life force" is part of the energy of the universe, and will continue on as part of that energy when we die, just as the chemicals that make up our bodies continue to exist. Those chemicals of which we are made will go on to become part of other organisms, other lives. The energy which makes up our life force may do the same. No one knows for sure, and no one can know.

There is no existence after death . Yes a power is their but that finishes with our death .
