Bush declaring Martial Law and soldiers at your door disarming you and enforcing a curfew, while he sends more troops to Iran to die?

And to those who haven't been keeping up Iran is next on the list and the same propaganda that got us to Iraq is now being spun for Iran. So there will be two wars not one.

Island has been kind enough to post the link to Bush's Home Security Directive which gives Bush the power to declare Martial Law basically at the drop of a hat.

Fox News is an oxymoron dear and you don't have a clue what you are talking about, go back to sleep.

Well Tony my own prediction of timing is that it will happen just before the elections. Brush will go to war with Iran, use it as rational for inacting his new Homeland Security Directive ( Martial Law) and seize control of all branches of govt and postpone the election keeping himself and his gang in power indefinately under the rational of the war against Iran and Iraq and protecting America.

I am not alone in this assessment, analyists have come to the same conclusions.

Bush, like his daddy before him have much more up their sleeves than apparently most here choose to even consider - and its gonna rock your world when the "glory" comes down around you.

I moved to the state I wanted to remain in a few years ago for just this reason.
Maybe there hasn't been another "terrorist" attack since 9/11, because there wasn't one in the first place -at least, not from overseas sources...
our news is filtered, our internet is filtered, come on folks - all you have to do is make a little trip to Canada to verify that....
Americans are in many ways viewed as bossy, willful children by the global community - and you wonder why?

Consider this one thing - that this leader has such low regard for our level of awareness and willingness to stand up for real justice, that he blatantly and illegally conspired with his brother (and daddy, and daddy's cronies) to make a mockery of the presidential election in Florida.
Was it obvious? You bet. Did they get away with it? You bet.
The worst shell game ever, and still he was "elected".

Martial Law that is a good one.
After 9/11 Bush didn't declare Martial Law and that would have been the best time than we have
prior to 02 election Bush was going to declare Martial Law and void the election. DIDN'T HAPPEN
prior to 04 election Bush was going to declare Martial Law and void the election DIDN'T HAPPEN
prior to 06 election Bush was going to declare Martial Law and void the election DIDN'T HAPPEN

See a trend here.

Now I do know that there are Muslim terrorists that are out to kill us. Since 9/11 we haven't had an attack here so something is going right.

Get a grip and move along.

As an American, I have been asking the same question about liberals for a long time - 25 years of terror and indiscriminate slaughter of thousands of innocent people followed by the events of 9/11 - and I have yet to receive a decent answer. What do you consider a viable threat? Or an act of war? Or justification for a military response?
What response would you suggest following the murder of almost 3000 people in a single day?
You are obviously paranoid about confronting the Islamic radicals - yet this action is long over due. Diplomacy and negotiations have failed miserably in the past so don't think for a moment that adopting these policies will solve anything.
If we can unite in our efforts to bring an end to this ideology of hatred and domination, we will succeed. But, I'm afraid if we continue to fight two fronts - the terrorists in the Mid East and the liberals on the home front - we will fail.
The choice is clearly ours.

Do you really believe this to be the truth? Anything is possible. But if it does I think they may meet true United States citizens. So good luck to them.

The people in the United States are asleep. They will remain comatose until exactly what you outline above comes to fruition.
and don't depend on government to change things. Demo OR repub. They're all asleep also. Half of them don't know an onion from a melon.

The media could stop with the "terrorists and pedophiles" stuff for a start.....

I think it's easier just to stay stupid. Seeing the truth and being powerless to stop it is painful. Best to keep your head firmly planted in the sand, where it's "safe."
