is there people out there that live in P.A that want to cave or know of some caves that noOne hase been in?

As a spelunker I would warn you that caves that people have not been in are most likely on private land. You would not want to be in them without the landowner's permission. Also, a landowner does not want to be held liable for any accidents on his/her property.

I would think that if PA has a speleological society or a speleological cartography department it might have maps of all known caves and caving areas.

Never cave alone and make sure you have the right equipment for the type of cave you're going to be in.
