I filed Chapter 13 bankruptcy. I set up a schedule to file my bankruptcy fees in installments. My final payment was to be made Monday, and I completely forgot. Will my case be dismissed without a hearing or without me knowing?

Hi. You need to make the payment as soon as possible. The court usually will not dismiss for failure of nonpayment of fees without first sending notification via mail. Just make the payment ASAP! Hope this helped.

You need to seek professional psychological assistance. Hasn't your life been it too much turmoil? You need to know why you put yourself in these situations. This is just plain not healthy.
