It not a racist question. The thing is teams are using the best players. If you are the best you get the job. No more quota. The teams used to have an even mix of this & that.

Unfortunately they are now extinct. Like the mighty platypus and dodo before them, the White Running Back (Whitus Runnus Backus) could not keep up with the changing world around them...

Because white running backs realize that black players, are flooding that posiition, so they go to fullback. There are more black players now a days than whites, i guess because they cant do anything else. Not trying to be racist..But?
