Most likely your radiator cap is bad
You can have the cap checked at a parts store
Also run your finger along the neck of the radiator to check for any burrs or cracks.
The gasket on the cap may also be worn out
One other issue could be a blown head gasket that increases pressure above your caps level, but to check you need to do a dye check for emmision gasses in the radiator. This would have to be performed at your local shop, unless you know someone with a dye tester.Hope it is not the later of the two options, best of luck diagnosing.

The radiator cap may be bad and need replacing.
The relief valve spring may have lost it's tension.
The seal on the cap could be bad.
The radiator could be damaged where the cap seals to it.
A radiator shop or motorcycle shop should be able to test the release pressure of the cap.
