You don't use neosporin as it is to be use externally only. I know this is going to sound silly but use Desitin or another diaper rash ointment. It will coat the cut so your urine wont burn it when you urinate and will help heal the cut in half the time! I have to use it on occasion when I shave down there and nick myself, it works wonders!

There is a prescription medication similar to hydrocordisone cream you may want to visit your gyno for, but if not, you can just pick up a max strength hydrocordisone cream from any pharmacy, but if the cut is "internal" I would not use it there. If it is more external for instance between your vaginal region and your anal region then it should be fine to use. I definitely would not recommend you putting ANY cream, medicated or not "inside" yourself. Although if it is very uncomfortable, vaseline should suffice.

Hmm, why not just use some vaseline or leave it alone? I have never heard of anyone getting an infected vaginal laceration before.

Ask your pharmacist because you can cause an infection in your vagina if you use the wrong thing. Or, you could wait a few days and you should be good as new again! And tell your sex buddy to take it easy on you next time!
