I need help on finding manga. I 've read all these mangas:
vampire game, demon diary, furuba, Gentlemen alliance cross, Kaze no jeanne, kare kano, Girl got game, instant teen,otogi zoshi fushigi yugi the first book series & Genbu Kaiden, card captor sakura (&clow master) ,tusbasa ResVoir Cronicle, almost all the clamp books, and Fma. I just need titles of manga of romance/comedy. Thank you! :)

Ouran high school Host club - Ouran High school Host Club is pretty good. It is hillarious. romance develops rather slowly because the focus is the comedy, but I really don't think you will be disappointed.
ParaKiss - Paradise Kiss is not much of a comedy, but as a romance story it is among the best you will find. The art work is impeccable, and the storyline is real and interesting. Romance is well developed and is interesting to read.
Koi Kaze - Also not much of a comedy but Koi Kaze is interesting. It's a story about incest, but I was really drawn into by its story telling. you might really like it.
Chobits - If you are CLAMP fan i'm sure you have read Chobits. That a bit of shounen manga as well.
Ranma 1/2 - But if you were Chobits with that, Ranma 1/2 should be a blast for you. Ranma 1/2 is a classic, and one of the most popular mangas ever to grace japan. You shuold read it. It's hillarious, and the romance is not bad at all.
Love Hina - If you are OK with ecchi in Chobits love hina should be ok as well. This manga is mega popular among lot of guys, but i know some females who enjoy it too. Comedy and romance drags a little bit towards the end, but all and it all it was a satisfying read.
Oh my Goddess - When searching for romance comedy, oyu must turn to the mother of all romance comedy Oh My Goddess. That's a pretty staple romance/comedy manga that every manga fanas read.
School Rumble - School Rumble is a pretty decent read. It's got a lot of comedy and slow developing romance. Again it is more of a highschool comedy then romance, but I think you will enjoy reading it.
Eureka 7 - I've watched the anime, and I've read a little bit of the manga (anime came out first). Anime sure was great! I am still not too sure as to how to rate the manga because it's not even complete. But if manga is as good as the anime it can not be bad. There's lot of action, romance and some comedy.

Have you read Ranma 1/2? Yes, it's rather old, and pretty simple by today's standards, but definitely a classic. I'd say this is the manga that defined gender bending... Probably a better answer to your question: Skip Beat. I love this manga, don't get discouraged by the initial impression (makeup + fashion transform girl!!!11) is NOT AT ALL what the story's about. Give it a few chapters. It's very funny, very nicely drawn. It does take a while for the love triangle to become apparent, but it's perversely satisfying when it does.

I know that everyone will say Fruits Basket! Personally I love the series, but since the author sorta messed up the ending...I have moved on to another manga

It is such a cute story! I won't spoil it for you so here is the plot:
Himeno is an ordinary girl whose father got remarried to a very wealthy executive. Himeno is shunned by her two step sisters, and the students at school dont like her very much. But then, the 7 knights of Leafenia come to tell her that she is the Pretear!

Furuba IS Fruits Basket. Lovely complex (Love Com) is really good. It's so funny I was falling out of my chair. Full Moon wo Sagashite, Absolute Boyfriend, Tokyo Mew Mew (If you like magical Girl) To Heart, Mugen Spiral (I recommend) Tail of the Moon, Beauty Pop, Backstage Prince, Vampire Knight, Yurara, Millenium Snow, ummm..... Tokyo Mew Mew A La Mode....ummm.....Ultra Maniac, Dream Saga.....You already said most of Clamp but just in case: Chobits or Wish? Sorry thats the best I can do. *Edit* Oh, yeah I forgot PreTear*

it's about a young boy who wants to become a filmer, and his trials with his girlfriends and ect. a harem manga like :
Love Hina
about a kid who goes to live with his aunt in a all female spa+dormitory, due to some events, he lied about being a toudai student, Love Hina has lots of parallels to :
Suzuka
a sports romace, which is still on-going. even though it's almost exactly like love hina in the begining, after chapter 2 it really takes off. Yamato see's a high jumping girl, who he instantly falls in love with, and she happens to live right next to him! (imagine that!)
Pastel
a boy named mugi spots a beauty at the beach durring his summer job, after he was "forced" to break up with his girlfriend as she moved to Tokyo. He later finds out that she's living with him, and he promises to protect her forever, no matter what his feelings say
I''S
Another romace, I wouldn't call it comedy, because it touches on some topics i.e rape but it's worth a check out!

Its about a girl who pretends to be a guy to go to this all boy's school so she can meet this high jumper she likes.
Ranma 1/2, Fruits Basket , Ai Yori Aoshi, Imadoki, Inuyasha are all good choices too.

Fruits Baskets is pretty good, it is one of my favorite mangas! It even says "romance/comedy" on the back!

Peach is a fairly good one. A little confusing if you miss even one page though.
