It's a tough one. The Flintstones women were hot - I'm a Betty Rubble man above Wilma but they're both tasty. Jessica Rabbit is a bit obvious for me and Betty Rubble would beat her and Betty Boop because she's hot, but with a more down to earth attitude.
I did fancy Rogue in the X-Men cartoons too though. And sometimes when Bugs Bunny dressed up as a woman he looked kind of cute - but I'm not sure a tranvestite, hand-drawn rabbit is hotter than Betty Rubble.
There was that hot one in Scooby Doo - but I think she had the hots for Fred so I wouldn't even bother. At least Betty had been married to Barney for a long time and, if I'm honest, I think that he spent too much time bowling with Fred so a younger man around the place could sweep her off her feet I reckon.
Oh god!! I just re-read the question and it is prefixed with 'If you were a cartoon character' . . . I must look like some twisted perv.
Well, if I was a cartoon character I'd definitely fancy Mandy who fell in love with Homer in the Simpsons. Or if I was a Disney cartoon it would be Jasmine from Aladdin.

A-Ko from the anime Project A-Ko. Face the facts: She's a red head(yes, I have a fetish, so sue me!) with nice long hair. She's VERY strong. And she's good at athletics too. Then there's The one red head off of Neon Genesis Evengalion. Can't quite remember her name though(very embarrassing too!). But hey, shes got LONG red hair too!
