Is the Statue of Liberty on Manhattan Island in New York?

If it is are there any plans on saving it from the great floods of the future caused by the global warming? Meaning that the island will be underwater, because of Antarctica will be melted down so much.

no its on staten island. i dont think we would care bout a statue if we r under water. Cuz if that goes im pretty sure we are gone already or not far behind

No. It's on Ellis Island.
