ok,im having minar pains in my lower stomach,and every time it happens,more discharge comes,idk what this is?
help please?
*no i dont have my first period yet,if anyone is wondering*

if the discharge is a odd yellow or green or has a bad odor then see a doctor.......it could be and STD although i doubt that you are sexually active if you are young enough to not have had a period
if the discharge is whitish or clear then you are probably getting your period....heating pads, Tylenol, or Midol help cramps
you probably want to buy some pads or tampons in case you get your period soon
if the pain continues much longer or gets worse see a doctor right away

I do this too, however in general at night time considering that's particularly the one time I am on my own and no longer distracted by way of tv or desktops, and many others. Except I believe of the entire unhealthy on the earth, and matters which might be simply fallacious with everybody on this international. What I did, is I discovered a buddy that I would speak to and cry to - it makes me consider a little larger. Plus I discovered a brand new interest. Excersicing, its reliable, healthful and makes you worn out on the finish of the day - so while you're on my own, you wish to sleep no longer panic.

sounds like you are about to have your first period. Tylenol and/or a heating pad should ease the cramps.
